ABOUT OUR SOLAR PROGRAM

With our Solar Program, you invest into a solar energy system from Gold Standard and manage it through monthly payments. Gold Standard will hold your hand every step of the way. Because of this, you’ll get two bills: one from your utility company for the energy you consume and one from Gold Standard for the payments for the solar energy system.

Because you're getting your solar energy system from us, you have the benefit of owning the system outright and any power it may produce. This means every penny will go back into your home instead of the power company's pockets. Unlike other solar companies, we do guarantee power production outputs for the system, they would depend on the system that you decide to go for. The agreement you choose with us may include maintenance for the system. This also means that we can and will address any issues, should they arise, and help you figure out a solution for them.

This also means that you may be eligible for any tax credits* that may come to you because you own and operate your own solar energy system.

In short, our Solar Program can help you take advantage of the benefits of ownership, like tax credits and other incentives, without paying the entire cost of a solar energy system upfront.

Owning solar panels is finally affordable

Don’t let a lack of funds prevent you from going solar. The Gold Standard Solar Program allows you to pay for solar panels at your own pace. We take care of the installation and monitoring, and you enjoy producing your own solar power year over year. Plus, your solar energy system is covered with a 10-year workmanship warranty as well as a 25-year linear performance warranty on the panels and 10-year manufacturer’s warranty on the inverter.**

*Tax incentives subject to area and availability. Gold Standard does not offer tax advice. Please consult with a tax professional for details.

** Refer to customer agreement installation and warranty terms and conditions. Installation requirements vary on a house-by-house basis.
